Kevin Cruse, SPHR has over twenty years of HR management experience.  With a Masters degree in HR Management from Troy State University, he started as an HR generalist and worked his way up to VP of HR at a national telecommunications company.  With experience at four Fortune 500 companies and a Big 4 professional services firm, Kevin earned his senior HR designation through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and is an active member, holding certifications as an executive coach and mediator.  Kevin is an associate partner of the Callahan Group, a human capital and change management consulting firm.

Sylvia Culver has nearly thirty years of HR management experience, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Penn State, and a Masters in Psychology and Counseling.  She has been a senior HR manager with two Fortune 500 companies, holds a certification in executive coaching, and is an associate partner of the Callahan Group, a human capital and change management consulting firm.

Ronda Harris has ten years of training and development experience.  With a Bachelor of Science in Education in Instructional Psychology Training and Technology from The University of Georgia, Ronda is a lead instructional designer at an international telecommunications company and the owner of Pathway Training Design, in Atlanta.  She has certificates in Test Design and Delivery, and E-Learning Instructional Design form the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).  Ronda is an active member of both ASTD and ISPI, the International Society of Performance Improvement.  Ronda is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Performance Technology.
